From the beginning, Domenick envisioned creating more than just a successful enterprise he aimed to build a legacy that his family could carry forward.

From an early age, Domenick's son Matthew was immersed in the world of construction spending time around heavy equipment, job sites, and learning the ropes hands-on. After proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps, he returned with a renewed sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment. With these qualities, he has stepped into a larger role within the company, bringing fresh ideas and a modern vision while honoring the values that have defined Cimina Contracting since day one.
